“No one diet is right for everyone.”

Most popular diets can actually cause more problems than they solve. Getting healthy is NOT about beating yourself into submission and enduring deprivations! It's about working WITH your unique biochemical individuality to harness your body's innate self-healing capacities.

Your own customized eating guidelines, which I will design for you using specialized nutritional software, can show you how to SUPPORT your health and help you manage your weight, all while giving you more delicious food choices than you thought were possible...

“This program is in absolute alignment with the nutritional biochemistry principles that I have used over the years to help people recover their health.” --Dr. Joseph Mercola, renowned nutritional physician

THE TRUTH ABOUT POPULAR DIETS

Let's look at what's wrong with the last popular diet you tried - do any of these sound familiar?

  • The "one-size-fits-all" approach didn't meet your personal needs, but you couldn't put your finger on exactly what was wrong
  • It was too restrictive and impractical to follow
  • It worked on one issue like weight or detoxification, but you had a feeling it was causing other problems
  • It promoted expensive, special products that seemed hyped for marketing purposes
  • It promoted whole grains and soy, because those are good for agribusiness, not because they're healthy
  • The sense of deprivation only backfired, and you felt frustrated, maybe even emotionally drained
There's a multitude of diet programs being promoted, and opinions about what works best. Most are based on one particular aspect of diet, such as low-carb, or raw foods. People make some seeming progress with these one-size-fits-all schemes at first--mostly due to the fact that they're eliminating the junk foods they were eating before.

Sometimes one small intervention, like cutting down on sugar or processed foods, can make a big difference. So even a pre-fab diet that doesn't really fit you can give you some benefits at first, simply because of what you're NOT eating. But we want to take it a step further.

I spent a large part of 25 years with chronic health problems, studying natural healing and every diet under the sun - macrobiotics, diets from the Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine systems, yogic, native diets, low-carb, high-fat, no-grain, vegetarian, vegan, raw vegan, raw animal food, warrior diet, instinctive, sequential, and eating foods based on their color! Whew!

Each one had a germ of truth but also major drawbacks, because in each case the diet was going AGAINST the grain of my own particular complex metabolism. Even the ones that are more individualized than others were missing many important factors that make MY nutritional needs UNIQUE.

So I know how it feels to be so frustrated that you give up on the idea that there are any really useful guidelines out there for helping you get healthier. It's easy to see through the gimmicks of the fad diets, and the other exotic ones each have glowing testimonials as well as horror stories. You begin to suspect that it's all hit or miss, with the odds of real success so low.

I had already done the 25 years of research, and it wasn't too difficult after that, for me to figure out where the missing pieces were in peoples' diets. People began to come to me for advice.

Then I made a discovery.

I discovered a powerful, new computer program for health care professionals, called FoodPharmacy™. The program actually puts these pieces together for each particular client.

It has a database of over 350 foods and produces a color-coded chart that shows whether each of those foods is especially good, neutral, or should be avoided by that particular person--a much more powerful capability.

Besides being more powerful than an old-fashioned assessment, the FoodPharmacy™ software saves people time and money, making the information more accessible to more people, and providing them with a user-friendly chart to put up on the refrigerator to help them plan their shopping and meals.

I still apply my own skills in running the program for each person, but this allows technology to do what it does best, in conjunction with the skills that only someone with years of experience does best--a perfect combination!

This was like a "Eureka" moment when I realized that I could offer this to my clients as a way to cut through the very complicated problem of diet. I realized that this "food chart" is the foundation that people need to get started with, to build their further work with diet. People want to count grams of carbs, fats and protein, but first they need the foundation--the repertoire of foods that are right for them.

Because we now have a large body of diet typing research, including Dr. Abravanel's body typing and Dr. Laura Power's blood typing, we can systematically determine what fuel your particular body runs well on, which is different from what your friends or family members do well on.

So what exactly ARE the factors that determine YOUR repertoire of foods?

  • any health conditions, or particular organs or systems that need support
  • your body type, based on which of your endocrine glands is dominant
  • blood type
  • any food allergies and intolerances
  • any vitamin and mineral imbalances
  • your ideal weight

How does the FoodPharmacy™ software work?

The FoodPharmacy software integrates proven nutritional strategies from many renowned, independent nutritional researchers, including Dr. Joseph Mercola, Udo Erasmus, Dr. William Wolcott, Paul Pitchford, Dr. Laura Power, and many others. No other software can analyze your nutritional needs in this highly individualized way.

“This is the best and most in-depth diet design software I have ever seen.” - Robert Crayhon, MS, Author, Lecturer, Renowned Nutritionist

First, you complete an easy online questionnaire that gathers information about you for inputting into the program. (The information you enter is completely private, and goes directly to my email). You'll be asked about your food sensitivities, your blood type, what health issues you need to address, where you tend to put on weight, and other indications of your body type. These are the individualizing factors that I use in designing your food chart.

If you don't know your blood type, there's an online blood typing kit available here that lets you find out your blood type at home. If you can't find out your blood type, that's okay--I can use other information to design your food chart.

The result is an elegant, color-coded food chart, showing:

  • which foods are best for you to eat regularly
  • which foods are okay for you to eat occasionally
  • which foods you should eat only rarely, or avoid entirely

Your guidelines can accommodate personal preferences such as vegetarian and Kosher diets.

Your Customized Eating Guidelines is a PDF document that I will email directly to you, and you can read it right on your computer or print it out.

Of course, if you've already done the 25 years of independent research and personal experience, you might skip this step! On the other hand, if you know something about nutrition, or have never really considered it much--either way, I'm guessing you still don't have a way to integrate the top diet systems in a way that gives you a sound foundation to build on. You've already tried building on sand, made some temporary progress, but didn't have the firm foundation you really need to move forward.

Over the years my dedication has grown, and I'm deeply commited to teaching important health information that isn't widely known. When I come across something so valuable, I want to make it as accessible as possible.

FREE BONUSES:
I'm bundling with your Customized Eating Gudelines a free e-book titled Shop, Cook, Eat for Body and Soul, to help you to put your eating guidelines into practice. It contains many important general guidelines and tips including:

Note: IF you have significant health issues, especially metabolic imbalances, I may suggest you do an additional in-depth questionnaire to find out even more about your metabolic functioning, which I would factor into the food chart. This is completely optional, for those who want to go even further, and I'll explain more about that if it applies to you.

“One pre-menopausal woman was eating a lot of soy foods, because she thought it was a healthy diet. Her menstrual cycles were gone, but she thought she was done with that. Well, her blood type (which was O) plus other factors showed her that soy foods and the diet high in whole grains and beans was not right for her type at all. (Soy is unhealthy for everyone, but some people can tolerate it moreso than others). Within a short time of eating according to her biochemical individuality, her normal cycles returned!”

I look forward to providing you this valuable resource.

Be well,
