Hi folks,
Exciting developments here - A Guide for Self-Healing website is being redesigned with a fresh new look, more free articles and resources, as well as the ongoing option to use my private consulting services.
I’ll also be upgrading to a blog format that you can subscribe to in place of these text-format newsletters, so stay tuned!
This month I’ll share with you a few tidbits..
EFT IS HOMEOPATHIC!
Many of you are familiar with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), something I talk about often, because it’s so effective as a tool for managing blocked energy patterns that we experience as emotional upset, allergies,
addictions, etc.
EFT is versatile, and there’s not just one set way to use it. But in my experience personally and working with many people, I like to use a stream-of-consciousness process.
You simply focus on the issue at hand, and allow whatever thought you have about the issue to bubble up. With EFT tapping, soon you’re homing in on the real issue. Often what we’re perceiving as the issue is just part of our “emotional armoring,” so this helps break through.
About how it works.. it’s essentially working on the law of similars, “Like cures like,” which is the curative principle of Homeopathy. The problem that you’re experiencing is really an impingement on your subtle energy body. When you state the problem, you’re creating a resonance with that impingement. But two similar things can’t occupy the same space, so the impingement is released.
It’s a bit like using your own thought as a homeopathic remedy.
Now, you can’t just go around stating, “I’m terrifed, angry and upset”, and expect problems to go away! The key with EFT is that you’re setting up a bit of a trance state, which alters the energy of what you’re saying, so you’re not just reinforcing the problem (as our ruminating thoughts habitually do).
Whenever we have a negative thought, we’re in a trance state already, so there’s nothing unusual about trance.. we go in and out of them all through the day. But this way, you’re deliberatly creating a type of trance to wake you up from the trance you’re already in!
EFT is a great tool, and in my experience it helps everyone to some extent. Sometimes there are deeper blockages that
need to be addressed in other ways as well, but EFT is always a good adjunct to whatever else you’re working with.
WHEN “NEW STUDIES SHOW…”
It seems that whatever the medical establishment wants to control, they’ll control it. The studies will always be in their favor, because studies are largely not true science. If we think that research should be independent and unbiased, we need to look elsewhere.
There are subtle techniques being used in every field these days, which on the surface may look like real research, but the outcomes are predetermined. In medicine, even when one drug fails, they simply create new markets for it or it turns up under a different name later on.
I even saw an article in the Harvard newspaper that talked about clinical trials on a new drug which is an “improved” version of the old Thalidomide, the drug that caused severe birth defects! They say this one “appears” to lack some of the more common side effects of Thalidomide. And it appears that people actually agreed to participate in the trials. Now they’re using it for certain cancers.
I think it’s kind of interesting to look at these things as exercises in discernment. There was a statistics professor who gave his first-year students medical studies to look at to see if they could recognize the logical fallacies, and even the beginning students were able to find them!
I don’t expect anything from such research except for it to fulfill its own agenda, which it always does quite reliably. When you don’t expect anything but practice discernment, you can find the truth wherever it happens to be, even if it comes in a form that you weren’t expecting.
LEARN HOMEOPATHY AT HOME!
“Homeopathy at Home, Work and Play” is an 80-hour course given by the Hahnemann College for Heilkunst. You can study
at home and have email contact with a tutor who is an experienced HCH practitioner.
This is an immensely valuable training, as it gives you thorough knowledge of homeopathy and Heilkunst in first-aid, emergency situations pending expert evaluation and treatment. This gives you all the tools you need to handle such situations as food poisonings, insect bites, burns, sprains, colds, earaches, coughs and other situations requiring immediate aid. Often, the need for further treatment is eliminated and recovery is speeded up considerably.
